... Why... didn't u make a VN...?

For a couple reasons! 1- I was already working in a bullet hell so I already had a lot of the framework there done and 2- 999 is already a VN, and honestly a great one at that, so.... what could I add there? Thus I thought hey why not do a 999 based bullet hell game? I love the genre and I love the original game, so it was really just me putting 2 things I liked together.

Well personally i think that if u gonna make a fan game of A link to the past for example, u don't make a Bet then up or a Side scroller shooter...

And also i think that if u liked a link to the past enough you may had possibility something new to add to the story as well, so i don't see way would you make a FPS of A link to the past... But ok. At least it worked for you as practice i think... Good luck with your future projects.  😄

honestly I think it's a great idea. As someone who loves both shmups and games like zero escape I love this crossover. In shmups some crossovers make no sense whatsoever which is what makes it so great. If you've ever played a doujin shmup before you'd know people have make hatsune miku shmup, clannad shmup, fate stay shmup. Things like that and its great. So from a VN reader perspective I could see how this is weird but to me its awesome.
